In April 2024 the Art Programme at CSM ran a public programme of events to speculate futures for arts education through workshops, talks, panel discussions, performances, and film screenings, exploring other models of arts education both in the UK and beyond.
Christos Kakouros delivered a talk on on imagining future art school curricula and it architectural possibilities. He spoke about self-governing power of students and shared his unconventional experience of engaging with the School of Architecture at the National Technical University of Athens, located in the centre of the famous politically-charged area of Exarcheia.
