Independent Publishing Workshop (Tate Modern and Paul Mellon Centre)
We conducted an online workshop on independent publishing as a research output for
the Emerging Curators Group at the British Art Network, which is co-administered by Tate and The Paul Mellon Centre for studies in British Art in London.

In the session led by Morley House participants considered the practicalities around producing printed material, keeping in mind simple design strategies, distribution, accessibility and learning how to develop an idea from inspiration to the finished product.

The aim of this program was to de-mystify the publishing processes and to help BAN members feel confident to self-publish work in a way that will reach broad audiences and encourage participation within their specific areas of interest.
